Schaller & Weber Smoked Pork Butts come from the shoulder of the pig, the same cut that is commonly used to make pulled pork. To make it a more refined meat, we cure it, smoke it and cook it–sealing in great taste.

While we suggest serving Schaller & Weber Smoked Butts warm with sauerkraut and mustard, we won’t stop you from slicing it and serving it on a sandwich or meat plate. Anyway you choose, we know it will be delicious.
