Germany’s finest ham, prized around the world.
In Store Only
The traditional Westphalian Ham takes its name from the region of Germany where it was first developed. Pigs fattened on acorns produced the ham, then the meat was dry cured and smoked over the beechwood and juniper branches of the region.
Today Schaller & Weber Westphalian Ham is made with that same attention to detail. This makes our New York City interpretation as much of a delicacy as the original. This exquisite ham requires nothing more from a chef, simply slice it thin and enjoy the flavor.
Half and whole Westphalian Hams are available.
