Ingredients

Schaller & Weber Slab Bacon
Maple syrup
Schaller & Weber Sweet and Spicy Bavarian Mustard
Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees (cook for 12-15)
  • Cut your brick of Schaller & Weber slab bacon into breakfast slices and lay them on parchment on a sheet pan.
  • Mix your maple syrup with Schaller & Weber Sweet and Spicy mustard and stir until it forms a glaze.
  • With a brush, coat each strip with your glaze.
  • Bake it for 12-15 minutes and get ready for a delicious new way to eat bacon
