We’re proud to see our head butcher, Ramon “Ray” Jimenez, featured in the New York Times Magazine Future of Work issue profiling people that have been working in their job roles for decades. Ray has devoted 41 years of his life to Schaller & Weber and we couldn’t be more honored.
Like much of our staff who has been with us for generations, we appreciate the loyalty and dedication that make Schaller & Weber a true family.
You can read more about what Ray believes makes a great butcher here at the New York Times. If you see Ray at the store while you’re shopping for your weekly bacon supply, be sure to say hello! It wouldn’t be Schaller & Weber without him.
