Sweet and spicy sausages from Spain were the inspiration for Schaller & Weber’s Spanish Style Chorizo–that means it’s milder than the Mexican-style sausage of the same name. Just like those original Iberian sausages, we add dried and smoked paprika and mix it with pork filling to create a color as festive as the flavor.
