Our History

Nearly a century ago, Ferdinand Schaller started as an apprentice butcher and sausage maker in Stuttgart, Germany. His journey led him to open a butcher shop in New York's Yorkville, becoming the city's hub for authentic German meats and sausages. Today, Schaller & Weber's time-honored recipes and techniques not only remain a New York staple but are also cherished by enthusiasts nationwide seeking traditional German sausages and cuts.
