The knack you can’t knock
The Schaller & Weber Knackwurst is based on the original plump sausage of northern Germany. In the traditional style, each sausage is generously stuffed with pork and beef, then smoked over natural hardwood for a one-of-a-kind flavor. Great on its own, but even better as an accompaniment to a Schaller & Weber Cooked Bratwurst on a traditional wurstplatte.
Knackwurst is a meatier, weightier sausage, so much so that we could only fit three in a pack. Plus, if you want an even bigger sausage to go with the big flavor, check out the Ringwurst, it's the same recipe in a large ring style.
